Biotechnology Sales Specialist Central Europe

As Territory Manager for Central Europe, you will be instrumental in leading our revolution in the field of biological testing. With a strong biology background, you will be able to demonstrate technical credibility and effectively consult with customers, influencing key decisions on technology and product choices.
Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate technical expertise to consult with customers on our solutions and showcase our cutting-edge technology.
- Manage the sales process, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales tracking using the Odoo CRM system.
- Align and tune our business plan to meet or exceed business goals for the assigned territory.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Liaise with the marketing team to design and execute short and long-term marketing campaigns.
- Represent Nagi Bioscience at trade shows, conferences, and events.
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field; or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Demonstrable previous multi-year sales experience in Life Science.
- Ability to travel as needed for this field-based role.
- Proven success in selling capital equipment.
- Strong desire to win business and build long-term customer relationships.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster a positive company culture.
- Fluent in German and English.
