About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sports Administration Assistant for the Para-cycling Sector. This is an excellent opportunity to gain professional experience in the sports industry and be involved in the day-to-day administration of the sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative tasks for the Para-cycling Sector, including calendar management and reporting;
  • Provide administrative support for athlete classification and events organization;
  • Assist with program development and grant applications;
  • Support event planning and logistics for the annual Para-cycling events calendar;
  • Contribute to the preparation of education and training programs for paracycling;
  • Offer general administrative support throughout the year.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • You have recently completed or are currently pursuing higher education and wish to gain initial experience in the world of sports;
  • You possess fluent written and spoken English and French language skills;
  • You are highly comfortable working within the Microsoft Office environment (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • You excel at writing, organization, and prioritization, meeting deadlines with ease;
  • You are rigorous, motivated, and able to work autonomously;
  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills and a strong interest in sports, particularly cycling;
  • You can manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Salary and Benefits
