This position comes with a competitive salary of approximately $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Women's Continental Team Coach to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing training programmes for female road athletes, establishing competition calendars, and overseeing athletes across the performance pathway.

You will also support athletes in their development, both at a sporting level and in the management of their life as an athlete, and manage travel logistics during competitions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training plans tailored to individual athletes' needs
  • Organize and lead coaching sessions, providing feedback and guidance to athletes
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to ensure a cohesive team approach
  • Identify and recruit new athletes to join the team
  • Manage and organize team travel, accommodation, and equipment needs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in sports science or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Road coach or as a high-level Road athlete
  • Excellent knowledge of current coaching methods, road techniques, and tactics
  • Proficiency in MS 365 tools and good writing skills
  • First-aid training
  • Perfect mastery of English, with French and Spanish an asset
