Senior Director of Professional Education and Consulting

We are seeking a Senior Director of Professional Education and Consulting to lead our efforts in Europe UKI. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance our professional education and consulting services.
About the RoleThis is a senior leadership position that requires a strong background in learning and development, consulting, and business transformation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing cross-functional teams, leading complex projects, and driving business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance our professional education and consulting services.
- Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, including the development and execution of training programs, consulting solutions, and other initiatives.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including commercial, marketing, and customer service teams, to ensure alignment and effective delivery of services.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure clear understanding of goals, objectives, and expectations.
- Experience: Minimum 20+ years of experience in learning and development, consulting, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; advanced degree in Clinical/Health Sciences or Education preferred.
- Skills: Proven ability to think and act strategically, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and experience leading cross-functional teams.
Intuitive Surgical offers a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
