**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive education strategy to enhance physician and care team skills, aligning with business objectives.
- Lead the planning and execution of Professional Education and Program Services (PEPS) initiatives, ensuring alignment with growth demands.
- Foster a high-performance environment, promoting innovation and collaboration across departments.
- Attract, develop, and retain a diverse team, ensuring robust internal onboarding and training programs meet quality and compliance standards.
Requirements:
* 20+ years of experience in managing learning and best practice consulting, preferably in the medical device industry.
* Proven ability to think strategically, integrating technologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
* Excellent leadership, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
* Expertise in adult learning principles and their application.
* Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, advanced degree in Clinical/Health Sciences or Education preferred.
**Salary Estimate:** $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
