Job Summary

As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist at Parker Hannifin EMEA Sàrl, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of employee compensation and benefits. Your mission will be to ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits, as well as provide analysis and statistics related to these areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll Processing: Collect financial information required for payroll processing, verify variable data, manage withholding taxes, process monthly payroll checks, and ensure validation of payments.
  • Accounting Interface: Create an accounting interface for salary information onto the accounting system.
  • Equity Management: Establish month-end payroll accruals and ensure compliant management of equity and shadow payroll management.
  • Reporting: Produce year-end personal tax certificates, annual social contributions declarations, and other necessary reports.

Requirements

  • Economic education (HES) or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management in Switzerland, ideally with international industrial company experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of Swiss standard conditions, including pension funds, social security insurances, taxes, and benefits.
  • Fluent in French and English is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn new skills.

Estimated Salary Range:

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
