About the Role

">

We are seeking a highly skilled Circuit Racing Commission Specialist to join our team. This role will involve overseeing the activities of the CCR Commission, coordinating with stakeholders, developing regulations, and managing projects.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • ">
  • Oversight of CCR Commission activities and ensuring they operate effectively in accordance with their mandate.">
  • Stakeholder management, including coordination with CONUs, FMNs, organizers, promoters, teams/manufacturers associations, etc.">
  • Regulation development, including creation, improvement, and update of various regulations.">
  • Meeting organization, planning, and implementation.">
  • Procedure preparation, update, and management.">
  • Seminar preparation and support.">
  • Documentation, including drafting and updating regulations, agendas, minutes, information letters, and other documents.">
  • Communication support, including writing and proofreading press releases.">
  • Budget collaboration and expenditure control.">
  • Safety coordination and follow-up for the CCR Circuit and Safety Committee.">
  • Project management, including new classes and disciplines.">

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • A diploma or commercial vocational baccalaureate.">
  • Fluency in English and French, with writing fluency required in both languages.">
  • Oral and/or written knowledge of other languages is an asset.">
  • Professional experience in an international sports environment.">
  • Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines and priorities, have a sense of initiative, resistance to stress, and flexibility.">
  • Interest in sports and motorsports.">
  • Technical knowledge is an asset.">
  • Good command of computer tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.">
  • Willingsness to travel 20-25 days per year.">

Compensation

">

The estimated salary for this role is approximately $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
