The estimated salary for this Senior Operations Manager - Supply Chain Leader position is CHF 120,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location in Rolle, Switzerland.

Job Description

This role reports to the Global Head of Supply Chain and is responsible for driving continuous improvement and best practice while overseeing operational activity within the Production and Warehouse teams.

You will lead the implementation and ongoing roll-out of Production Scheduling, manage the operational activity within production and warehouse, drive continuous improvement and Best Practice / GxP through the facility and team, and lead, manage, and mentor the team within Production and Warehouse operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • ">
  • 8-12 years of experience working within warehouse and production environments;">
  • direct experience working in the Cold Chain, ideally coming from a Pharmaceutical or similar scientific/chemical industry;">
  • exposure to GxP and Lean principles within a manufacturing environment;">
  • previous experience implementing and maintaining production scheduling processes; and">
  • full fluency in English, with fluency in French beneficial.">
