We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse & Production Operator to join our team at SOPHiA GENETICS. As a key member of our Supply Chain Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials through our warehouse and production facilities.


The ideal candidate will have direct experience in manufacturing and warehousing operations, with a strong understanding of inventory management and logistics coordination. You will be comfortable using ERP software and the Microsoft Office suite, and will have a strong fluency in English.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all inbound and outbound goods flow, inspecting stocks and reporting damaged products, recording materials received, and preparing outgoing shipments. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse, following all safety procedures and guidelines.


The nature of this role means you can expect to be in the office 5 days per week, connected to our Warehouse and Lab environment at our site in Rolle, Switzerland. You will have direct input to our mission to democratize data-driven medicine for the ultimate benefit of cancer and rare disease patients across the globe.


As an international organization, English is our primary business language, and you will be expected to meet English-only speakers. For best chances of success, you should include your CV in English.


This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension or permanent outcome. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our team.

Requirements:



  • Direct experience in manufacturing and warehousing operations
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and logistics coordination
  • Comfortable using ERP software and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong fluency in English
  • Meticulous, highly organized, and able to work at pace
