In our journey to impact on patients’ lives, we are looking for a **Supply Chain Associate **(internal job title for a Warehouse & Production Operator) who reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager.

The Supply Chain Associate is responsible for:

- the warehousing operations
- the manufacturing, packing and shipping operations of our solutions

We are looking for an ambitious, pro-active and highly efficient coordinator with excellent organisation skills

**Key responsibilities: Warehouse Clerk**:

- Managing all the inbound and outbound goods flow
- Inspecting the stocks and reporting about the damaged products in SOPHiA GENETICS structured systems
- Recording all the materials received in SOPHiA GENETICS ERP
- Preparing outgoing shipments as per scheduled
- Packing the items in a systematic way
- Maintaining shipment records
- Managing cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse on a day to day basis
- Following all the warehouse safety procedures and guidelines

**Key responsibilities: Production Operator**:

- Launch production orders following make-to-stock and make-to-order strategies
- Manage manufacturing processes in SOPHiA GENETICS ERP and manufacture physically the Bundle Solutions
- Perform the final product release
- Perform line clearance process

**Requirements**:

- CFC Logistics, warehousing and/or transport
- Biology knowledge / background desirable
- First relevant experience in the field of warehousing and logistics inventory coordination and/or purchasing and transport
- Science/Biology background is a big plus
- Knowledge of ERP
- Knowledge of Pack Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Conscientious and rigorous
- Team spirit and curious
- Organisational skills
