We are seeking a seasoned and experienced professional to join our team as a Key Account Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Acquiring and supporting new and existing customers
- Developing and promoting our proposals and solutions
- Providing ongoing and proactive support to customers
- Assisting with legal discussions and pricing agreements
- Establishing and reviewing annual sales goals and long-term forecasts
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Professional experience in the field of top-level materials business, ideally in the synthetic fiber, rope, or telecom industries
- Successful experience in developing a sales force with new product technologies
- A technical degree from a renowned university
- An open, outgoing, and proactive personality
- Results and goal-oriented with a structured way of working and a networked way of thinking
- A high degree of self-motivation and customer orientation
- A strong will to succeed and a high level of commitment
- The ability to integrate well into a team and work efficiently and independently
- Language skills: English professional level, German or French fluent preferred, other languages a plus
