Business Development Specialist

Aritec New Materials Group AG is a Swiss-based company that specializes in the development, design, and manufacturing of synthetic fibers for industrial applications.
Our company offers a range of products that can be used in various industries, including the deep-sea rope industry, crane rope industry, elevator industry, mining belt industry, rubber industry, and telecommunication industry.
Job Responsibilities- Research and Lead Generation: Conduct research on industries and build leads and sales pipelines under the guidance of the team leader.
- Customer Acquisition and Support: Acquire and support potential and existing customers, providing ongoing and proactive support in collaboration with the R&D department and guidance of the Key Account Director on project development and commercial contract negotiations.
- Representation and Logistics: Represent Aritec in industrial fairs and organize and support logistics.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including writing offers and invoices.
- Education and Experience: Hold a commercial or technical degree and have professional experience in the field of synthetic fibers or related industries.
- Personality and Skills: Be an open, outgoing, and proactive personality with a high degree of self-motivation, customer orientation, and a strong will to succeed.
- Language Skills: Have English language skills at a professional level, both written and spoken, and German language skills at a fluent level, with other languages being a plus.
