Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with clients' maintenance teams to provide recommendations and support for proactive maintenance activities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Review data collected from aircraft to identify potential issues and develop strategies for resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure rapid return to service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering, Data Analytics or Business Analytics.
- Professional qualifications advantageous, experience and personality considered equally important.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Proficiency with IT Tools: Microsoft, SAP, PowerBI, etc.
- Fluent English language skills are required, proficiency in German considered advantageous.
