Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our client's expanding team in the Life Sciences sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in consultative sales and enjoys building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and nurture relationships with new clients, opening doors to fresh opportunities.
  • Manage and support client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive business strategies forward.
  • Refine and contribute to the business development strategy alongside senior leadership.
Requirements
  • An outgoing and engaging personality, with a proven track record in consultative sales.
  • Ability to adapt communication style to various stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, comfortable working both independently and within a team environment.
  • An excellent listener with a strong business acumen.
  • Familiarity with the Life Sciences industry, including sectors such as pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, and medical technology.
  • Prior experience in recruitment or HR services is an advantage.
  • Fluency in two languages (German/English or French/English) is required; additional languages are a plus.
