Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Sales Consultant to join our sales team at MuleSoft. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and solution sales.

You will leverage your expertise in consultative sales and professional services to create customized solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers.

Your success will be measured by your ability to build strong relationships with executive-level customers and drive successful outcomes through our collaborative efforts.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted sales strategies and plans that align with customer goals and objectives.

  • Utilize industry expertise and business acumen to understand customer motivations, challenges, and desired business outcomes.

  • Present customized solutions and value propositions to customers, leveraging consultative sales approaches to position Salesforce and yourself as trusted advisors.

  • Develop and execute territory plans, tailored account plans, and close plans to achieve sales goals and quotas.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive growth and revenue.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and tactics.

  • Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative sales, professional services, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated track record of success in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and delivering high-quality solutions.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging and approaches to diverse customer needs.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer needs and develop creative solutions.

  • Proficiency in English and any other languages required for the role.
