Client Development Manager

Your Role:

As a Client Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives that shape the future of our clients' businesses. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Develop deep, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Business Expansion Strategy: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, leveraging your insights to develop innovative solutions that address client challenges and drive growth.
  • Client Onboarding Process: Oversee the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and immediate value delivery through tailored strategies and proactive engagement.
  • Performance Improvement Initiatives: Monitor and analyze client performance metrics, translating data into actionable insights that enhance service delivery and drive continuous improvement.
  • Client Success Advocacy: Advocate for client success by proactively addressing needs and challenges, ensuring that our solutions consistently exceed expectations.

Skill Requirements:

  • Proven experience in consulting, ideally within a Big 4 or boutique firm.
  • Fluency in German is mandatory; Fluency in English is highly beneficial.
  • Strong business development skills with a demonstrated ability to grow client accounts.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a keen analytical approach to problem-solving.
