As our Director of Real Estate Partnerships & Asset Optimization, you will play a pivotal role in reshaping the real estate industry's approach to underutilized parking spaces.
About the Role:
- Collaborate with our CEO and leadership team to develop strategies for integrating smart parking and EV charging solutions into real estate portfolios.
- Identify opportunities for optimizing parking assets, increasing revenue potential, and enhancing operational efficiency for real estate partners.
- Provide thought leadership on how parking solutions can align with broader real estate trends, including sustainability, smart cities, and urban planning.
- Build and nurture relationships with senior real estate asset managers, property owners, and investment firms to promote our innovative solutions.
- Represent ShareP at industry events, conferences, and forums, establishing us as a thought leader in real estate innovation.
- Leverage data and analytics to help real estate clients maximize the value of parking assets, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to ensure solutions meet the evolving needs of the real estate market.
- Lead initiatives to align parking optimization with ESG goals, including energy efficiency and EV adoption.
- Guide go-to-market strategies for new real estate markets and opportunities.
- Develop proposals and oversee key contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and long-term profitability for ShareP and its partners.
- Assess market trends and competitor activities, ensuring we remain a step ahead in the industry.
- Work cross-functionally with our sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver seamless partnership experiences.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence, ensuring alignment between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a high-performing partnerships team.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate asset management, business development, or strategic partnerships.
- A deep understanding of real estate asset optimization, parking management, and sustainability trends (e.g., EV charging, smart cities).
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and project execution.
- Proven track record of developing and executing partnership strategies that drive business growth.
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a desire to lead the transformation of an industry.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to engage directly with ShareP solutions in real-world settings.
