Director of Business Growth

Lionbridge is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Growth to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities in the DACH region.
In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and business expansion. You will leverage your expertise in CRM software and other sales tools to optimize sales effectiveness and drive business results.
Your primary objective will be to maintain a robust and up-to-date pipeline, identifying existing and upsell opportunities to drive business expansion. You will possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex solutions to diverse stakeholders.
You will have proven experience in enterprise sales, with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets in the DACH or Nordics region. Your strategic mindset and business acumen will enable you to identify and capitalize on opportunities for revenue growth.
