Strategic Business Growth Manager

As a Strategic Business Growth Manager, you will play a key role in accelerating Holcim Group's digital evolution, spearheading transformation and growth initiatives within its international trading and seaborne logistics landscape. This role will blend strategic vision with hands-on execution, leveraging expertise in AI, CRM/ERP solutions, automation, ETL, and optimization to enhance global trading operations and streamline customer interactions.
Main Objectives:- Develop and Implement Integrated Digital Strategies: Create cost-effective technology roadmaps and optimize digital assets to drive business value, aligning with the organization's long-term vision.
- Identify Emerging Opportunities: Champion agile, customer-centric solutions, driving benchmarking initiatives and leveraging trends to advance the digitalization of the trading and shipping industry.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Enhance the customer experience and ensure digital initiatives align with business priorities, championing digital training and knowledge-sharing across teams.
- Manage Digital Transformation Projects: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
A strong background in digital transformation, IT strategy, or related fields is required, along with 10-15 years of experience in leading digital transformation projects, managing global operations, and driving business growth through strategic and financial insights. Excellent English skills are required, along with mastery of at least one additional internationally representative language.
