Fleet Sales Operations Job

Are you looking for a challenging role where you can make a real impact? We are seeking a Fleet Sales Operations Specialist to join our European Fleet Sales team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire fleet sales order fulfillment process, working closely with multiple departments to enhance workflows and improve efficiency, and maintaining high customer and partner satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of order processing, sales processes, and customer relationship management, ideally with a fleet sales background. They should also have excellent organizational and project management skills, effective written and oral communication skills, and analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of topics, gaining diverse experience across fleet sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Order fulfillment process management.
  2. Contractual agreement alignment and customer expectation management.
  3. Internal compliance checks and approval requests management.
  4. B2B sales partner onboarding and maintenance.
  5. Prompt follow-up on customer requests.
  6. Fleet sales operations improvement identification and implementation.
  7. Monthly fleet sales tracking report preparation.
  8. Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, finance, legal, and logistics teams.
  9. Fleet sales team training and support.
