Sales and Operations Manager

The General Manager for Germany will play a crucial role in spearheading expansion and strategic redevelopment within the region. This position requires a seasoned leader who can develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet sales targets and expand the customer base in key sectors.
The successful candidate will report directly to the company's CEO, making this a prime opportunity to influence growth, turn around the regional business, and contribute significantly to global success.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet sales targets and expand the customer base in key sectors such as mold & die, aerospace components, and general machining.
- Lead and scale operations within the German subsidiary, identifying new business opportunities and niches for advanced manufacturing technologies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to support sustained business growth.
- Communicate effectively the value proposition through proposals and presentations to a diverse audience.
- Stay informed on industry trends and shifts, adjusting strategies to navigate market changes.
- Proven executive experience in sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, preferably in sectors like CNC Milling Machines or similar high-value technical products.
- Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level.
- Experienced in selling high-value technical products and solutions to industrial sectors such as mold & die, aerospace, and general machining.
- Technical background with a deep understanding of CNC milling technologies and applications.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German is required.
- Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally internationally.
