As a Deputy Store Manager at TN Switzerland, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our retail operations. We are seeking an exceptional individual to support the store manager in leading the team, enhancing sales, showcasing the brand, and ensuring effective store management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership
    • Mentor and develop sales staff, promoting customer service excellence and skill growth.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations, fostering a positive work environment and resolving conflicts impartially.
    • Inspire team members to meet sales targets, enhance customer experience, and maintain knowledge of collections.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee scheduling, budgets, and compliance with labor laws, ensuring efficient communication within the hierarchy.
    • Monitor financial procedures, analyze sales results, and facilitate effective monthly planning and expense management.
  • Visual Merchandising and Brand Representation
    • Educate the team on merchandising principles, ensuring visual displays align with brand standards.
    • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment, guaranteeing excellent customer service and a unique shopping experience.
  • Inventory Management and Logistics
    • Ensure proper maintenance of the store, stockroom, and materials, overseeing logistical tasks like deliveries, stock management, and inventory.
    • Maintain security and hygiene standards, ensuring timely processing of transfers and stock replenishment.
