Tasks
  • Support the sales team with customer communications, administrative and operational tasks to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide relevant information about our leasing solutions.
  • Manage and maintain sales data in the CRM, including credit checks, document management, and order tracking.
  • Coordinate between internal teams, leasing partners, and car dealers to ensure a seamless workflow.
  • Assist in creating reports and analyses to optimize sales strategies.
  • Participate in meetings, sales workshops, and projects to develop the department further.
Requirements
  • Interest in sales, business processes, and data-driven analysis.
  • Ability to set priorities and manage time efficiently.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluency in German and French; additional languages are a plus.
