The Fleet Sales Operations Specialist will work closely with multiple departments, enhancing workflows, improving efficiency, and maintaining a high level of customer and partner satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales coordination, order fulfillment, or a similar role and possess strong organizational and project management skills.
Main Tasks:- Support fleet sales order fulfillment process from order request to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure orders are aligned with contractual agreements and meet customer expectations.
- Support internal compliance checks and approval requests to ensure orders are handled within our internal guidelines.
- Operational onboarding of B2B sales partners & maintain accurate information to secure B2B sales partner's operational capability.
- Follow up on operational customer requests promptly and professionally.
- Implement improvements for fleet sales operations.
- Prepare reports for monthly fleet sales tracking.
