Expert Resource is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Switzerland.

This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative ServiceNow projects, contribute to digital transformation initiatives, and collaborate with industry experts.

We are looking for a talented individual with expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks and ServiceNow best practices, experience with Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and Workflow automation, as well as familiarity with integration methodologies (REST/SOAP APIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows
  • Implement and optimize ITSM processes, including Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management
  • Configure Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and Business Rules to streamline operations
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers
  • Maintain and enhance the CMDB and asset management processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver scalable solutions
  • Ensure best practices and compliance with IT governance policies

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks and ServiceNow best practices
  • Experience with Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and Workflow automation
  • Familiarity with integration methodologies (REST/SOAP APIs)
  • Ability to translate business needs into effective ServiceNow solutions
  • Fluent in German (B2 level or higher) – essential for client communication
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges
