We are looking for an experienced and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our customers to realize their digitalization projects on the ServiceNow platform. You will support them in leveraging the opportunities of technology to optimize their business processes, improve the customer experience and achieve strategic business goals. Your responsibilities will include providing expert advice and implementing designs using LowCode and ProCode technologies. This will provide you with an exciting opportunity to work with clients across multiple industries and contribute to their success in the digital age.

What you can expect:

  • You define and implement processes, solutions and data models on the ServiceNow platform
  • You define and implement interfaces to customer-specific peripheral systems
  • You design customer-specific solutions and advise customers on ServiceNow best practices
  • You support pre-sales through PoCs

Your profile:

  • You have a university degree in IT, business administration or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • You already have several years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • You have advanced ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CSA, CAD, CIS)
  • You are fluent in German and English.
