Product Owner

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our Wealth Management software development team at Lombard Odier. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our CRM application, which is a key differentiator in our technology offer.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a product vision and roadmap that aligns with the organization's strategic direction
- Establish effective communication between business stakeholders and the product team
- Perform market watch and competitor analysis
- Proactively work with 3rd party suppliers to drive value and establish a solid relationship
- Lead RFI/RFP processes and foster a positive product team dynamic
- Maintain and prioritize the backlog, ensuring product maintenance and stability
- Set and communicate work priorities, updates, and issues
- Create sprint goals, epics, and user stories based on business requirements
- Participate in project estimation and cost planning
- Ensure high product quality through test strategy definition, execution, and automation
- Track product analytics and use data to drive decisions and set priorities
- Act as third-level support and ensure effective incident management
- Oversee the resolution of IT-related risks, audits, and problem management action items
We are looking for a seasoned Product Owner with a strong background in managing application and digital solution delivery. You should have a bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, or a relevant field, and a master's degree is a plus. Agile project management certifications are desirable.
You should have proven experience as a product owner, project manager, or similar role, demonstrating successful delivery on various sizes of scope and complexity. You should be proficient in project management software and tools, have excellent leadership abilities, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
You should be able to break complex problems into simpler ones, prioritize them based on ROI, and understand user expectations and anticipate new demands based on market trends. Financial acumen and budget management skills are essential, and business and technical knowledge of existing best-in-class banking CRM applications would be a definite plus.
