Reporting to the Head of E-business you will contribute to the strategy and the business development of the Piaget e-business (online retail, online wholesale and omnichannel sales). You will be the owner of Piaget e-business commercial activities, defining e-business strategy, being the expert of the business needs, seeking out new business development opportunities, rolling out the strategies to operations in collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.
Based in HQ, you will work closely with cross-functional teams within Piaget HQ and local markets, RIC group digital teams (e.g., SWM), as well as external partners (YNAP,)
**You will make an impact by**:
- Managing E-business strategic goal-setting:
- Define the e-business strategy, objectives (quantitative & qualitative) and roadmap in collaboration with senior management
- Manage forecasting and reporting, performing regular analysis to identify opportunities to drive progress against defined goals
- Be the key e-business stakeholder for new reporting tools, and sharing the insights with cross-functional teams within Piaget HQ and local markets as well as RIC group digital teams to guide actions for optimization
- Being a supportive but challenging partner to local markets:
- Define and implement E-business strategy and operating model transformation
- Drive the continuous and provide support to E-business development within markets’ unique ecosystem (e.g., Tmall / WeChat in China, Kakao in Korea)
- Provide guidance to build up local E-business expertise and foster cross-market best practice sharing
- Orchestrating centrally the E-business go-to-market:
- Pilot online product pre-launches / exclusives within HQ and the markets
- Coordinate stock allocation and drive supply chain flow evolution to meet clients’ desired shipping window
- Ensure E-business alignment with 360 product launch plan and support the local markets to maximize their go-to-market
- Lead the adoption of omnichannel tools adoption in collaboration with omnichannel teams
- Driving business development and operationalization of E-business partners / channels:
- Manage the relationship and operations for partners directly managed by HQ (e.g., YNAP)
- Lead business development for new E-business channels (contract negotiation, way of working definition within HQ and local markets, assortment definition ) and, if applicable, coordination with local markets until handover
- Depending on the needs of the organization and the workload, the Company may ask the Employee to carry out other obligations or tasks provided these remain consistent with his/her skills and qualifications
**The exceptional skills we are looking for**:
- You hold a Bachelor or Master Degree
- You have 5-8 years experiences in e-business/e-commerce or commercial
- You are an expert in e-business topics incl. Tmall environment, livestreaming, e-Merchandising, social shopping, e-partner management, performance media
- You are collaborative and able to work with multiple stakeholders (across HQ and local markets) and manage priorities
- You are able to deep dive into operations in action and zoom out with strategic mindset
- You have strong business development and negotiation skills
- You are able to work in fast-paced and changing environment
- You have strong analytical skills, data
- and results-driven
- You are innovative, entrepreneur-minded, result-oriented, and solution-driven
- You are fluent in English and French
