CONTEXT & MISSION:
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Creative Leader (10-month fixed-term contract) to join our Global Creative Department
In collaboration with the creative and communication teams, you will be in charge of 360° campaign developments (creative platform, digital content, instore material, lifestyle shootings, etc.) from kick off brief, to concept, to campaign roll out to final delivery while meeting deadlines.
You will also work closely with digital, customer experience, merchandising and marketing teams and will be in regular contact with the global creative community.
The position reports to the Head of Brand Creative Communications and is based in the WHQ Plan-les-Ouates (near Geneva).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create, produce & execute designs and visuals for print & digital campaigns at a global scale;
  • Create beautiful and engaging assets that focus on brand desirability and campaign kpis;
  • Work on 360° campaign's design (KV animations, films, social media activation) from kick off brief, going through concept, to final delivery by meeting deadlines;
  • Infuse trends and luxury codes/aesthetic to the Creative Department;
  • Collaborate daily with the whole Creative Department and community to ensure excellence of execution.

HOW YOU CAN FIT:

  • +5 years relevant experience in art direction (film and still image) ideally in the luxury goods and/or beauty industry;
  • Preferably a strong experience in-house;
  • High sense of aesthetics and great knowledge of the luxury culture;
  • Strong expertise in digital (social media activation), photography and video;
  • Strong knowledge on adobe creative suite, with advanced skills in adobe indesign/photoshop/illustrator a must;
  • Demonstrate an ability to successfully follow a brief from kick off to delivery;
  • Great communication and presentations skills, both verbal and written;
  • Able to manage workflow, strong organizational and time management skills, attention to details;
  • Curious, innovative mindset and strong team player;
  • Fluent in English and French conversational.
