About the Role
Groupe L'OCCITANE is seeking a highly skilled Senior 360° Communication Manager to join its agile cross-functional team, the Face Care Squad. This team is responsible for developing and elevating the Face Care product offer and 360° campaigns for an omnichannel strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the multi-functional team to define and develop the face care strategy using a 360° and consumer-centric approach across all channels.
- Lead the development of 360° communication campaigns, ensuring alignment and consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage relationships with key internal departments or agencies, overseeing project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with local markets to ensure alignment with global strategies and gather local insights to refine and adapt the approach.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize the impact of 360° initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- +5 years of experience in communication or operational marketing, ideally as a communication project leader with a brand or in a local market.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Expert in MS Office software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Deep understanding and passion for online marketing strategies, concepts, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, thriving in a team environment.
