About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Procurement Specialist to join our team, reporting to the Supplier Collaboration Senior Manager. As a key member of our Excellence team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our Procurement products and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement procurement strategies in collaboration with the Group Platforms department, Maisons, Regions, and Group functions.
  • Develop and communicate deployment plans to stakeholders.
  • Manage communication and ensure regular updates to key stakeholders.
  • Maintain documentation and translations.
  • Lead training sessions and webinars on procurement best practices.
  • Supervise and support end-users in using procurement tools.
  • Participate in new features and capabilities strategy with Product teams and technology providers.
  • Provide feedback to Product Owners and contribute to defining new requirements.
  • Monitor solution effectiveness and propose improvement plans.
  • Report on progress to senior management.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A University degree in Engineering or related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in project management and/or support environment for luxury goods.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP Ariba and/or SAP R/3 is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in French and English; Italian or German is an asset.
