Our objectives are to develop the Business of the Clarins Brand in the Export European Area while ensuring a sustainable and profitable growth of each market.
The development of the activity has to incorporate a qualitative execution of the Brand Image and Pillars.
Our priority is to accelerate our Direct to Customer strategy (Digital and retail) and develop our own Ecommerce platform across the region.
This transformation is the accelerator driver of the business for the years to come.
**WEBSITE ANIMATION PLAN**
- Manage translation agency in the writing/ editing copy for all website content
- Ensure the promotional calendar is kept updated and shared with the relevant parties
- Align and communicate on the animation plan with the rest of the Export Europe team and local distributor
**WEBSITE MANAGEMENT (3 websites)**:
- Define and implement processes to ensure all website updates are fully tested and launched on time and budget; ensure all content / information on site is 100% accurate and updated
- Ensure site is remerchandised regularly using sales metrics and marketing campaigns
- Liaise with localization agency to create new web pages for product launches and new campaigns
**EMAIL MARKETING**
**CUSTOMER CARE**
- Manage relationship with Customer Care provider and ensure the set-up is optimized
- Act as the last escalation point for the most complex cases
**STOCK MANAGEMENT**
- Supervise sales forecast for e-commerce stock by SKU, and ensure replenishment stock
- Monitor/manage/control products deliveries and returns
- Monitor local logistics KPIs
**REPORTING**
- Ensure smooth communication and circulation of information inside the team to orchestrate strong Ecommerce operations
- Regularly review, analyze and report on sales and site performance to identify areas for future growth; propose strategic functional and content recommendations
- Work closely with Management on budget forecast, targets
- Monitor competitor activity on a regular basis
