- **THE ROLE**:_
- The Digital E-commerce UX / Webdesign Associate ensures that online stores are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and furnished with accurate, up-to-date content while effectively managing and enhancing our brand presence. He / she should be able to balance a fresh creative perspective with commercial sensitivity, constantly benchmarking other websites to drive the brand forward._
- **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:_
- **Web Design / UX**_
- _Benchmark: stay abreast of all industry developments online and strive for best in class content for the Houses channels_
- _Provide inputs on the website's design development_
- _Creates visually engaging, thoughtful and beautifully designed assets for newsletters and websites_
- _Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints._
- **Content**_
- _Create new landing pages according to business needs._
- _Ensure brand consistency in messaging, design, and customer experience._
- _Manage e-commerce Shootings: end to end production of the ecommerce photography shoots from samples gathering to post-production; planning, studio brief, castings, shoot teams sourcing and production management on site, post-production review._
- _Manage visual assets for advertising_
- _Manage the brand's digital assets, ensuring they are aligned with the brand identity and messaging._
- **Project management**_
- _Manage projects creating commercial, engaging and well-designed content on the brand’s content pages and landing pages._
- _Manage back-end briefs and progress to ensure designs come to life according to the guidelines set up previously_
- **Qualifications**_
- _Degree in digital graphic design or related field_
- _Strong creative thinking and the ability to translate brand strategy into engaging digital experiences._
- _3-5 years proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a consumer-focused industry._
- _In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, and emerging trends._
- _On set experience: provide brand artistic direction guidelines._
- _Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines._
- _Previous experience and strong sensitivity in luxury goods._
- **Skills**_
- _Software fluency in Photoshop / Figma/ illustrator /Indesign. Knowledge of AI tools like Midjourney is a plus._
- _Fluent English and French_
- _JIRA_
- _SFCC / page Designer, knowledge of HTML / JSON is a plus._
