The company currently provides FAX.PLUS (the leading online faxing platform) to over 2,000,000 customers worldwide and will soon launch SIGN.PLUS (a legally binding electronic signature platform).

Alohi SA is headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, and is supported by the state of Geneva through Fongit “Fondation Genevoise pour l’Innovation Technologique” (Switzerland’s premier innovation incubator supporting innovative tech ventures in Geneva).

We are looking for an experienced Head of Growth Marketing to join our team. The primary focus in the Head of Growth Marketing role will be to execute the digital acquisition strategy outlined with the other executives. Overlooking the digital marketing team, you will also influence the growth of our products’ customer base by setting the team roadmap, which will need to include strategical testing. You are extremely data-driven and outcome-oriented, with a keen eye for efficiency and precision. This role will report to the CEO.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating and implementing the digital marketing plan in line with overall business objectives.
- Leading a high-performing team to create and implement strategic marketing initiatives across various marketing functions including performance marketing, events, social media marketing, product marketing and partnerships.
- Managing SEO strategy
- Lead SEO implementation, track performance based on implemented KPIs, and identify SEO growth opportunities
- Managing ASO (App Store Optimization) strategy
- Define policies for ASO tracking, generate reports with the relevant KPIs, identify ASO improvement opportunities
- Adapting and developing Growth Marketing-related initiatives while prioritizing objectives as the team changes and scales.
- Optimizing Alohi's inbound marketing efforts and moving the needle on conversion of over hundred thousand monthly unique visitors already visiting SIGN.PLUS and FAX.PLUS.
- Determining KPIs and building dashboards based on which the Growth Marketing Team needs to execute effectively in the context of larger functional goals.
- Using data and analytics for decision making and measuring marketing effectiveness based on ROI and KPIs.
- Creating a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth.
- Ensuring we build and maintain a consistent brand image across all our products.
- Maintaining a cohesive communication across all our products and communication channels.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years experience in digital marketing.
- Experience building, leading, and managing a team.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or another related field.
- Prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of success.
- A KPI driven approach, driven by well thought out and measurable goals.
- Understanding of basic web development technologies with the ability to tweak HTML and work with WordPress.
- Experience working across the full DTC marketing funnel (customer acquisition, conversion and engagement).
- Strong and proven experience with SEO and ASO.
- Strong experience in Growth Hacking, Social Media/Viral Marketing, managing demand generation & the customer acquisition funnel and performance marketing.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Possession of strong analytical skills and comfort while dealing with numerical data.
- Strong team player with the ability to work within or manage a team or even work independently as needed.
- Fluent in English (Both writing and speaking).
