Within the Supply Chain department, you will report to the International Supply Chain Director. You will supervise short term and long-term demand planning by making sure that S&OP process, distribution plan and inventory management will maximize the supply efficiency in order to meet sales target and product strategy.

**YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL BY**
- Ensuring consistency of forecast assumptions across Central and Distribution Planning based on business trends, collections and markets performance and anticipating new launches
- Working closely with markets, Sales team, Product Marketing, Client Intelligence, Production and Finance to build the consensus demand plan and animate S&OP process accordingly
- Developing statistical models and tools and simulating impacts of demand and production variability on sales, supply availability and inventory value
- Suggesting cross-functional improvements to increase both forecast accuracy and supply plan flexibility
- Identifying underlying trends and proposing mitigation plan on foreseen inventory risks
- Preparing systematic and ad hoc analyses, formalizing key Supply Chain business models and processes

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Master’s degree in supply chain, Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience within Supply Chain, preferably in Retail industry
- Effective management positions with international exposure
- Fluency in spoken and written in English and another language
- Desired skills: innovative, leadership, team player, people development, communication and convincing skills, solid understanding of Retail/Logistics/Manufacturing, IT savvy especially in statistics and predictive tools.
