Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Alliance and Partnership Manager to expand our strategic partnerships with Financial Services Technology organizations. This role combines market development, relationship management, and revenue generation, requiring strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial spirit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and investigating new partnership opportunities, structuring and negotiating agreements, and maintaining long-term relationships with strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities aligned with our sales strategy
  • Negotiate and structure agreements with key partner executives, ensuring executive alignment and maintaining long-term relationships
  • Manage the onboarding and knowledge transfer process to enable partner sales and support teams
  • Develop and implement channel partner programs, including training, marketing, and incentives
  • Measure and report on partner performance using metrics such as sales and revenue
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities
  • Superior relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and departments
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful strategic partnerships
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management products and solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Additional languages such as German, French, and Italian are a plus
