We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our team of leaders and serve as a liaison for our Operations Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing team performance, providing coaching and development opportunities, and assisting in coordinating team resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage team leaders and serve as a liaison for the Operations Manager
- Review team performance and provide corrective action plans, perform 1:1 coaching, and provide support, motivation, and development of staff
- Assist immediate supervisor in coordinating team resources, monitoring team activities, and preparing reports
- Conduct regular training needs analysis for personal and professional development of staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree holders are welcome to apply
- At least three years of senior team leader background, with experience in handling peers/other team leaders
- Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need)
- Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves: Experience in handling a high volume and/or financial account in a BPO or shared services company; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
