EHS Manager Job Description

The EHS Manager will be responsible for overseeing all Environment, Health, and Safety aspects within our Swiss Operations. This newly established role involves ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 & 45001 while driving a culture of safety and sustainability. The successful candidate will work closely with local authorities and conduct audits & risk assessments to continuously improve workplace safety and environmental responsibility.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across production, testing and QC labs, logistics, and office environments.
  2. Implementation of strategic EHS initiatives and promotion of a strong safety culture.
  3. Management of chemical & waste handling, air permitting, and contractor safety programs.
  4. Conducting risk assessments, safety training, and incident investigations.
  5. Support of SHL Medical's Sustainability Strategy 2030 through proactive EHS programs.
