* Develop and deliver training programs to ensure our sales teams have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their markets
* Conduct regular Training and Learning Needs Analyses (TLNAs) to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training initiatives
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our business
* Manage internal resources and external vendors to ensure robust program development and implementation
* Stay current on developments and innovations in training and education to ensure our training activities remain relevant

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in science or business-related field
* Master's degree in science, business-related field, or education
* Minimum 8 years related experience in a combination of sales, marketing, or training
* Medical devices or pharmaceutical industry experience
* Multinational companies experience
* Fluency in English and other European languages
* Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate well with others
