We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales and Business Development to join our team at EPM Scientific. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our commercial growth and leading our expanding sales team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong background in the chemical manufacturing industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives, driving market share expansion, and leading a high-performance sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team members achieve their full potential.
  3. Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and R&D, to deliver comprehensive solutions to the market.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA, PhD) is preferred.
  2. Experience: At least 10 years of sales leadership experience within the chemical manufacturing industry.
  3. Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, excellent negotiation, communication, and team management skills.
