Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team members achieve their full potential.
