Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Financial Reporting Expert. As a key member of our Financial and Regulatory Reporting cell, you will be responsible for managing the Expense Transparency Reporting team in its day-to-day activities.

Your primary objective will be to implement system, tools, process, and control enhancements while servicing various client requests. You will work closely with stakeholders from internal teams such as Compliance, Client Solutions, Product Management, Risk Management, Product Reporting, and external partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Expense Transparency Reporting team, including 2 supporting mid-level or junior team members
  • Interpret and implement related regulatory requirements, updates, and guidelines such as PRIIPS / MIFID (EU), FIDLEG (CH), SECA (CH), CTI, TCA, DCPT (UK)
  • Manage ongoing and future process, system, and/or control improvement projects
  • Compile and review underlying financial information obtained from other supporting teams
  • Manage TER (SECA, Switzerland), PRIIPS/MiFID (EU) annual reviews and other ad-hoc internal and external reporting processes
  • Communicate across multiple functions and all levels of seniority
  • Act as a subject matter expert on expense transparency and related regulatory topics
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8-10 years' experience in the financial services industry or audit
  • Experience within alternative investments financial reporting, including complex structures
  • Understanding and experience with different private markets investment structures and strategies
  • Candidates with experience in PRIIPS/MiFID (EU), FIDLEG (CH), SECA (CH), CTI, TCA, DCPT (UK), regulatory reporting will be preferred
  • Leadership skills with experience in leading and guiding a team
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects relating to process, systems, and/or control improvements
