About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO Manager to join our team at Alohi, a leading provider of innovative digital solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective SEO and ASO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve the visibility and ranking of our websites and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • SEO Strategy Development
    • Create and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings, including understanding business goals, researching keywords, analyzing competitors, and setting clear objectives.
    • Ensure the website is optimized for search engines, including improving site structure, enhancing mobile responsiveness, optimizing page load speeds, and ensuring high-quality, keyword-rich content.
  • ASO Strategy Development
    • Develop a strategy to improve the visibility and ranking of mobile apps in various app stores, including identifying the right keywords to use in the app's title, description, and metadata.
    • Craft compelling app descriptions, titles, and use relevant keywords to improve app store search rankings.
  • Content Creation and Optimization
    • Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, articles, product descriptions, and more.
    • Identify and target specific keywords and phrases relevant to the business's products or services, including analyzing search volume, competition, and relevance.
  • Technical Optimization
    • Regularly monitor and analyze website traffic and search performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
    • Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes by search engines like Google.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with other teams like marketing, web development, and design to ensure a cohesive approach to SEO.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure that SEO strategies align with business goals.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in SEO and ASO, preferably in a senior or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of improving organic rankings and driving significant organic traffic growth.
  • Deep understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Experience with ASO techniques and strategies for app store optimization.
  • Proficiency in using SEO and ASO tools and platforms.
  • Strong web development skills, with expertise in Webflow.
  • Tech-oriented, quickly identifying the root cause of issues, suggesting interim workarounds, and always seeking ways to improve our systems.
  • Proactive and practical approach and the willingness to engage directly in tasks and projects; being hands-on is crucial.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding overall communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Fluency in English (proficient to native).
