The Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive organic traffic and improve the visibility and ranking of our websites and applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals and objectives. This includes researching keywords, analyzing competitors, and setting clear objectives.

Optimize Website for Search Engines

Ensure our website is optimized for search engines by improving site structure, enhancing mobile responsiveness, optimizing page load speeds, and creating high-quality, keyword-rich content.

Manage Social Media Presence

Oversee our social media strategy to ensure engagement and growth across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook, specifically targeting tech-savvy audiences.

Run Paid Advertising Campaigns

Implement and optimize paid advertising campaigns across channels like Google AdWords, LinkedIn Ads, and industry-specific platforms.

Conduct Keyword Research

Identify and target specific keywords and phrases relevant to our products or services, analyzing search volume, competition, and relevance.

Collaborate with Content Creators

Work with content creators to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, articles, product descriptions, and more.

Lead Email Marketing Initiatives

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and inform customers of new updates and services.

Acquire High-Quality Backlinks

Develop a strategy to acquire high-quality backlinks from other websites, a critical factor in how search engines rank sites.

Monitor and Analyze Website Traffic

Regularly monitor and analyze website traffic and search performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.

Stay Up-to-Date with SEO Trends

Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes by search engines like Google, adapting strategies accordingly.

Address Technical Aspects

Address technical aspects such as improving site architecture, ensuring proper indexing, fixing crawl errors, and enhancing user experience.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

Work closely with other teams like marketing, web development, sales, and design to ensure a cohesive approach to SEO.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of Experience in SEO and ASO

Proven experience in SEO and ASO, preferably in a senior or managerial role.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Field

Proven Track Record of Improving Organic Rankings

Proven track record of improving organic rankings and driving significant organic traffic growth.

Proficiency in SEO and ASO Tools

Proficiency in using SEO and ASO tools and platforms.

Experience in Email Marketing and Social Media

Expertise in Webflow, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio

Expertise in using Webflow, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio.

Tech-Oriented and Analytical Skills

Tech-oriented, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent Communication Skills

Outstanding overall communication skills, both written and spoken.

Fluency in English

Fluency in English (proficient to native).

Previous Experience in Digital Marketing Role
