About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CRM Business Development Intern to join our Global Retail Department at HQ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with various projects related to client engagement and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with building campaigns by gathering assets and storytelling elements from different departments and liaising with our creative agency to build campaign briefs.
  • Coordinate ad-hoc projects with HQ departments and markets, including retail, digital tools, gifting, and best practices.
  • Conduct ad-hoc client data analysis to identify business insights and opportunities.
  • Develop monthly reports to follow KPIs.
  • Update activation calendars and project roadmaps.
  • Coordinate ad-hoc projects related to customer journey, new client tools, and services.
  • Handle best practices by gathering markets feedback, consolidating results, identifying, and sharing best practices.
  • Develop and update training materials, including user guides, live training, demos, coaching sessions.
  • Participate in the testing of new capabilities.
  • Help with the organization of monthly meetings with markets.
  • Develop and facilitate communication with the CRM community.

Requirements

  • You are currently attending or have just finished a Business Master's Degree or equivalent.
  • You are a critical thinker who loves to evaluate information, make informed decisions, and develop innovative solutions.
  • You have a minimum of two previous experiences in retail, either in a boutique or a head office.
  • You have previous experience in creating engaging presentations.
  • You have previous experiences in collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating effectively with stakeholders, presenting results, and driving implementation.
  • You have previous experience with KPI dashboards and reporting tools, such as knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud or Google Looker.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Service/Marketing cloud would be a plus.
  • You have strong presentation skills and proven proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
  • You are experienced with analyzing and visualizing large volumes of data in MS Excel.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; any other language would be a plus.
  • You are autonomous and have very strong attention to details.
  • You are proactive, ambitious, and not afraid of growing with challenges.
