Join EQUANS Techniques SA as an HR Business Partner

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in a key role within our organization. As an HR Business Partner, you will be an essential part of our integration project, working closely with managers and teams to:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with our organization's objectives.
  • Manage change and support managers and employees throughout the integration process.
  • Pilot recruitment activities to attract top talent.
  • Develop a cohesive company culture and enhance employee engagement.
  • Standardize HR processes (recruitment, evaluation, training, compensation, etc.) to support business objectives.
  • Support new team members during their probationary period and facilitate their successful integration.
  • Assist managers in performance management and contribute to identifying future leaders through succession planning.
  • Participate actively in strategic HR projects at the group level, promoting best practices.
  • Manage departures and ensure a smooth transition for affected individuals.

We are looking for a seasoned HR professional with:

  • At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Excellent proficiency in German (B2 level), with English being an asset.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, local labor laws, and market trends.
  • A sense of humor and the ability to remain positive in complex situations.
  • A strong team player with the ability to work independently and influence various stakeholders.
