Alohi SA, a leading technology company based in Geneva, Switzerland, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to drive new business growth through inbound and outbound sales efforts.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships with prospects, and collaborating with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle inbound leads, assess client needs, and guide them through the sales process.
  • Identify and research potential leads through various sources, including online databases, partnerships, and social media.
  • Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and social outreach to build relationships and qualify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies that align with broader business goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Analyze and report on lead generation efforts, making recommendations for improvements in processes and strategies.
  • Work closely with marketing to ensure a seamless transition of leads into the sales pipeline.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot) and lead generation tools.
  • Ability to take initiatives and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work within a team or even work independently as needed.
  • Knowledge of electronic signature and online faxing technologies is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (Both writing and speaking); additional language a plus.
