Als Business Development Representative bei Olmero bist du verantwortlich für die Gewinnung neuer Kunden für unsere Ausschreibungsplattform. Du identifizierst neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten im Bausektor und sprichst relevante Entscheidungsträger an, um deren potenziellen Bedürfnisse abzuklären und herauszufinden, wie die Servicepalette von Olmero von Nutzen wäre.

Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Sales Team zusammen, um eine hohe Umwandlungsrate von Kundenmeetings bis zu Geschäftsabschluss sicherzustellen. Dazu gehören auch die Wiederansprache von ehemaligen Kunden für die Rückgewinnung und die Vereinbarung von Kundenterminen.

Um erfolgreich zu sein, erarbeitest du dir solide Produktekenntnisse, welche du mit Gespür für einen starken Beziehungsaufbau am Telefon auf allen Ebenen kombinierst. Du setzt die richtigen Verkaufs- und Produktivitätspraktiken erfolgreich ein und bildest regelmäßig dein Anrufvolumen in unserem CRM ab.

Dein Kompetenzprofil

Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind exzellent und deine Französischkenntnisse verhandlungssicher. Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Tätigkeit im Bausektor sowie Kenntnisse von Dynamics oder anderem CRMs erachten wir als Vorteil.
