Healthcare Business Development Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through strategic account development and management.
  • Lead client relationships and interactions throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring exceptional service and delivery.
  • Develop and execute proposals and pitches for complex projects, leveraging expertise in research design and methodology.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality research projects, from setup to execution.
  • Contribute to achieving financial targets by growing existing and new client relationships.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining client relationships, with a track record of business development success.
  • Ability to design research methods tailored to client business needs and product life cycles.
  • Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, with a willingness to stay up-to-date on new approaches.
  • Desirable: experience with innovative research methods and a passion for working across various clients and disease areas.
  • Native or fluent English language proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
