Job Summary
NTT DATA is seeking a seasoned Client Delivery Executive to lead our growing team in EMEA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall delivery accountability for a major client in the Healthcare/Life Sciences area, ensuring contracted delivery excellence and POS or better financial performance.
- Lead and coordinate a team of Client Delivery Executives to drive overall client satisfaction and continued business growth.
- Protect current revenue and identify opportunities for growth, while negotiating contracts that meet SLAs and 'as sold' financial performance requirements.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for all aspects of delivery in the account, ensuring services meet/exceed contractual commitments.
- Coach and develop talent to achieve growth, profit, NPS, and contractual performance goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, account executives, and practice delivery managers to ensure successful delivery and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Multiple years of relevant experience in Service delivery management or a similar role.
- Several years of experience in client management, with a strong understanding of Healthcare/Life Sciences industry.
- Ability to lead and influence across large, cross-functional, and global teams.
- Experience in project and program management, with a focus on financial management and budgeting.
- Knowledge of SAP and Data/Data Migration space, with experience in defining and negotiating contract terms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership.
Travel and Benefits
