Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue and profitability growth for large-scale Drug Product Commercial Manufacturing assets.
  • Develop and commercialize targeted business approaches and pricing strategies to facilitate business expansion.
  • Optimize project portfolio, sold margin, and apply innovative business models and approaches to customers.
  • Contribute to business acquisition process by assisting Sales and Business Development teams with technical and operational queries.
  • Establish contractual terms for new contracts and contract extensions, and perform contract negotiations.
  • Develop creative business cases and go-to-market strategies to maximize growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of the business unit strategy and manage commercial strategic plans to deliver planned business growth goals.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the commercial landscape through competitive and market intelligence input.

Requirements:

  • MSc / MBA / PhD in Life Sciences or Business with extensive life science industry experience.
  • Expert knowledge in commercial manufacturing of injectable Drug Product.
  • Business fluency in English; German is a plus.
  • Advanced years of experience in Pharma Ops / Biotech & commercial area.
  • Innately collaborative, excellent communication skills.
  • Driving results, willingness to be held accountable, and proven history of meeting deliverables.
